Over several packed days, Milan reaffirmed its place at the heart of men’s fashion, hosting a packed lineup of runway shows that set the tone for Spring/Summer 2026.

Against a backdrop of shifting global moods and evolving definitions of masculinity, designers used the runway to explore not just what men will wear next summer – but how they’ll also express themselves.

Here are three standout shows that captured the spirit of the season:

Dolce & Gabbana

Dolce & Gabbana embraced a relaxed, crumpled elegance, presenting a collection that felt equal parts resort-ready and runway-polished. Striped pyjama sets, loose tailoring, and soft textures like raw knits and fuzzy coats blurred the lines between loungewear and luxury.

Standout looks paired crisp PJ tops with leather Bermuda shorts, while the finale shimmered with beaded embroidery and sliders.

In a world growing tenser by the day, Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons offered a gentler message. Their collection opened with playful high-cut shorts and sun-printed shirting, gradually shifting into layered tailoring, flip-flops, and loose silhouettes that balanced ease with edge.

Bright cone-shaped raffia hats added humor, while a soft, unstructured palette moved from muted neutrals to vivid color blocks. It was a collection that mixed innocence with intellect – fashion as reflection, not reaction.

Armani

Though Giorgio Armani was absent from the show, his presence was deeply felt in a collection that celebrated cultural curiosity and timeless elegance. Emporio Armani’s Spring/Summer 2026 line was crafted for the modern nomad: lightweight tunics, scarf-collar jackets, Moroccan-inspired prints, and breezy natural fabrics spoke to travel and tranquility.
