The Netherlands is in for a short, sunny and warm spell, with temperatures reaching up to 19° on Wednesday, according to weather bureau KNMI.
But by Thursday, rain is likely, although it will remain warm for the time of year, the KNMI said. The showers could be heavy at times.
The rest of the week will have plenty of sunshine, but occasional showers could move in.
The KNMI’s long-range forecast sees a 60% chance of the mild, mainly dry and sunny weather continuing well into April, with temperatures around average for the time of year.
However, there is a 40% chance of changeable weather, with daily showers and more cloud, the KNMI said.
